Blastin' and Castin' in the Texas Outdoors

We havea lot of good times, the road was a drug when we started way back, our wheels rolled on steady, now its forgetting the race to find an open space and leaving that city far behind We’ll be up in the morning before the sun, since anything beats working on the job and everyone knows the early worm gets the fish. The world is your oyster, let the high times carry the low, walk where the sun is shining, lay your burdens down and think to yourself that it sure feels good feeling good again.

Brian got ANOTHER trip to the coast

from brian in response to the invitation to this....

cool. I'll check it out later.

I drove down to the jetty, surfside beach, and san luis pass this
weekend. The water was in nice shape considering the wind but the
seaweed was bad. I pretty much just drove around then went back to
houston. I did pull a jeep liberty out of soft sand.

Steve, the jeep that got stuck on surfside beach was very close to where you got the old 2wd truck stuck. Remember the 1st dude who tried to help us. He was wearing a cowboy hat and thong. His wife was topless and his kids were naked. Of all the places to get stuck you found the weirdos.

By the way, this is brian

I believe that was a banana hammock he was wearing. And I am just glad that the wrinkled old fart got my truck unstuck with his subaru sidekick or whatever it was

I bet you don't get the chapped ass with a banana hammock. Maybe that weirdo was on to something. Will you still fish with me if I start wearing one.
